Hi Lovely Crafters, this week on the One Stop Craft Challenge Nikki has set the theme as 'Sparkle' so add a little sparkle to your life and your crafts. I have to apologise for my card this week as I have had such a hectic week I only managed to get my card done yesterday and then had to take a photo of it before my stickles had dried as the light was disappearing. Its a very simple card but using my favorite colours so I'm happy with it. Hope you can join us this week, last weeks enteries were just stunning, I discovered embossing folders I never knew existed! Maggie's Under Pressure

Good Morning Everyone, its time for a new challenge theme on the One Stop Craft Challenge and this week our lovely colleague Maggie has chosen 'Under Pressure' interpret this what ever way you think. I have decided to dry emboss my card, I have used the cuttlebug 'Swiss Dots' folder to emboss the designer paper, then I have sanded the little dots with a nail file, I have also used the same folder on the flowers but I don't think they are clear in this photo. The image was given to me by a friend and they are 'Doodle Fairies', I have coloured using my promarkers and sakura glitter pen on the wings. Pop over to the challenge blog for some fabulous inspiration and of course to check out who has won last weeks challenge, the entries were fantastic, I received so much inspiration from your lovely work, never again will I buy a Male card lol.
Right its Saturday, the busiest day of the week for me (well, I do all the driving the kids get all the fun) today's agenda goes something like this (Play the Benny Hill music) leave Jessica to drama then come home to get Rebecca to horses then home,(Rebecca then does a quick change from Jodpurs to 'teenage walking about town attire', she then checks the mirror, checks her hair, quick moan about the hair, checks make~up, checks mirror for one last time, checks my purse lol) Take Rebecca to town, go back to Drama for Jessica, Tesco's, Take Jessica to the cinema with her friends, pick up Rebecca from town, pick up Jessica from cinema, get everyone home and r~e~l~a~x, think that covers this weeks 'Under Pressure' challenge lol, why did I even bother to make a card? Enjoy your day whatever your doing. x
