Pink, Orange and Green

This is a little card I made last night for the Colour Create Challenge, the colours to use were Pink, Orange and Green and the optional extra requirement was hearts, which I've put on the ribbon and used my hearts embossing folder too. The beautiful stamp is by Leanne Ellis at Sugar Nellie and is called 'Wish', I have coloured it using my promarkers, the dp is from 'My minds eye'. Rushing off to work now the weather has been miserable today, the house is so dark not only do we need the lights on but the heating too, ITS JULY!!!! Hope your having better weather where you are. x

Christmas In July

Hi Crafters, hope your enjoying your weekend so far. I've had a lovely day today, after going to the horses with my daughter we went shopping for some summer clothes, it got me all excited about our holiday in August, although we ended up coming back with bags of clothes there was only 1 item that was mine lol. Ah well, next time I'll go on my own.
Well its time for the new theme at One Stop Craft Challenge, it was Nikki's turn this week and she chose 'Christmas In July'. It was lovely to dust off the old Christmas stamps again. The one I've used on my card this week is from Cuddly Buddly and it is coloured using distress inks, of course I had to add some Stickles too. The randomly picked winner of this challenge will win a Christmas embellishment pack donated by Shelley from the One Stop Card Craft Shop, what a great prize as its that time of year that us crafters start to make our Christmas cards isn't it? Maybe I should rephrase that, Its that time of year when us crafters INTEND to start thinking of making our Christmas cards! Every year I say I'm going to start in September but I never do, I think I must work better under pressure and I always end up leaving it till the end of November lol. Anyway, I hope you can join us this week, enjoy the rest of your weekend. x

Can you bee-lieve it! Another card!

Well there's just no stopping me now! I guess my mojo is back! What do you think of my new stamps? Aren't they gorgeous? I got these through yesterday from the One Stop Card Craft Online Store, they are the 'Busy Bee's' stamp sets, this set is number 1 of 3. I've coloured them using my distress inks and I've used a little bit of Sakura glitter pen on the wings and sting, the backing paper is from K and Co. I'm entering this card into the Stamp Something Challenge the theme this week is 'Bugs, Butterflies and other winged somthings'.

Eye Eye

This is a simple little card I made using Claire Brennans 'Irish Blessings' stamps. I love the simplicity of the verse's being the vocal point and I think they look great on these Kraft cards. The challenge this week on Cute Card Thursday is to use eyelets so I've entered this card for that challenge. Hope your enjoying your day.x

Right on Track

Hi all, hope your having a great day, the weather here is miserable for this time of year, rain, rain, thunder and more rain, hence the terrible photo of my card, I've been walking around the house trying to find a spot of light, got there eventually. I haven't managed to get much crafting done of late not just due to lack of time but also motivation but once I started I couldn't stop so I ended up having a very late night and made 4 cards woo hoo! Plus I have some new goodies that haven't been played with yet so hopefully I'll stay motivated enough to have another crafting night tonight. I am entering this card for the 'Stamp with Us' Challenge, its a little card I've made for my son's friend. I've used all Stampin Up products, Stamps 'Choo Choo' and 'Right on Track' Wheel, I just love these for little boy's cards and I have got so much use out of this set having a little boy of 5 with a lot of friends.

So Very Very Late

Hi everyone, Its been so long from I've done a post and I'm very late with this one, the card was made on time but the post wasn't due to computer problems, I'm sure you've all had your fair share of them lol. Anyway, it may take me a while to get through all my e mails but I've made a start and should get on top of things soon. I made this card for the One Stop Craft Challenge, the theme was set this week by Maggie and it is 'Good Sense of Humour'. (Sorry Maggie for the delay) I made this card using my Stampin Up 'Tart and Tangy' stamp set and the sentiment is just handwritten, you can tell right? lol. Hope you can find time to join in the challenge this week, as always their is a fab prize on offer for the randomly picked winner so pop over to the challenge blog to see what you can win and also for some fabulous inspiration from the design team.
