Beautiful Butterfly

Good Morning Peeps, its cold, windy and wet outside but its Thursday! and I have no work to go to, I just get to sit and craft for a few hours, the house is warm, I've a cup of tea and toasted Veda and its bliss! Don't ya just love days like that?  But as I sit here with hardly a care in the world I hear on the radio that an infant and mother fell from the Cairnryan to Belfast Ferry last night, my heart goes out to the family, the mother was rescued but unfortunately the infant has not been found yet, I can only imagine the trauma that poor family is going through and I am thankful that my kids are safe and healthy. I pray they find the child soon even though they don't hold much hope that it ( there are no details yet if the child is male or female ) will be found alive.
This is a wee card I made for my card class last night, I was introducing the class to Utee and showing them the cracked glass effect, some of them found it difficult to cut the poor butterfly into four and were devastated when I then told them to crack the enamel lol but they were happy with effects. I have coloured the butterfly with promarkers, doing my best to match it up with this gorgeous paper from Stampin Up.

Don't ya just love this ribbon? its so soft and silky also from Stampin Up and  I've added co ordinating buttons and little punched tags.

As for the butterfly stamp, well I've had it for years and I have no idea of the brand but it is lovely. Right, off to do some serious crafting :-) Enjoy your day whatever your doing and stay safe. x
I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Hi Donna, I saw that news on the internet and was haunted by it all day. Then I heard that the woman had been arrested as there never was a baby. I don't know which story is true.

Your card is stunning! Love the design and gorgeous colours.
