Aqua Peach and Handmade Flowers

Hi Bloggers, hope your all well this fine Tuesday. I managed to make a card last night for the Colour Create Challenge, I'm still not feeling 100% but getting there, I have so much to look forward to these next couple of weeks so hopefully I'll be back on form too. My son comes back from Iraq for two weeks next Tuesday, Yoo Hoo, can't wait and its his 21st birthday so we are having a big party, My sister is coming over from Gibraltar for the celebrations and my o/h comes back on Friday so It will be a busy house again. Anyway, like I said I made this little card last night and the colour scheme this week is Peach and Aqua with an extra option of 'DIY flowers'. I really enjoyed this and love how my card turned out, I wouldn't have chose to use these colours but I think they are beautiful together. I made my flowers using Pink Petticoat Papers, which are also used on the background, I have punched the flowers using a flower punch, shaped them using a ball tool and finished them by putting a little gem in the middle. The image is from Elzybells and I have coloured it using prisma pencils and sansador.

Your card is beautiful! I love the little matching flowers you made! This is such a sweet little image, colored beautifully! You did a great job with these colors, like you I would probably not use them without a challenge....which I haven't done yet! Off to make a aqua/peach card! Take Care!!!

Your card is gorgeous Donna and I couldn't help notice your stop smoking post on your sidebar. I'd love to give up and this must be a great incentive, seeing how much you've saved and your health of course. Good luck with it
