Good Morning Crafters, I don;t know what the weather is like where you are but here in N.Ireland its gorgeous! Doesn't everything smell nicer when the weather is good? I have potted a few plants, got the clothes out on the line and my class's ready for tonight and tomorrow, I'm starting to think maybe I go by solar lol. Long may it last! Anyway, here is a little card I've made for my brothers birthday and also what we are making in our class tonight, its a little wiper card and there is a tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers for those of you that have never made one of these. I have used this gorgeous little digi image from the Stampfairy, I'm a big fan of these little bears and as my brother loves to fish it was perfect for him. I have coloured the image with promarkers and prisma colours, I wanted to show the ladies in the class how to add shading when you don't have a huge collection of promarkers, I've also added glossy accents to his nose but it isn't showing up in this photo. As you can see I've painstakingly stitched around my card......ok......I used a white gel pen lol. and I've embellished my card with brass eyelets and button.
Here you can see the little pop up happy birthday.
Right, off to use up more of this solar energy before the sun goes down, enjoy your day whatever your up to and hope the sun is shining for you.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
